Alicia has contributed her support to various volunteer boards, such as the local HR society, a statewide industry group for vocational rehabilitation providers, neighborhood HOAs, and local and statewide provider alliances for vocational rehabilitation providers.
Additionally, Alicia has enhanced reporting and communications, provided support and brainstorming to leaders on people issues, performed governance assessments, spearheaded strategic planning and succession planning efforts, implemented leadership development training initiatives, launched and executed board diversity initiatives, created board orientation programs, and overseen board development endeavors.

Alicia worked as an HR Generalist for over 20 years as a department of one before moving into the executive role.
